"I now have a very easy pattern to follow, easy exercise and simple food changes. I have lost weight and centimetres, maintained my new shape and energy. If my weight or centimetres creep up I just follow phase 1 of the six week weight loss program for a day or so and I am not condemned to a life long diet. My whole family enjoys eating well too, our metabolism is up and so is our health.
Curves has really helped us all to enjoy our lives."

"Weight loss wasn't an issue for me as I've had to control my diet to cope with many food allergies for more than twenty years. I've always enjoyed exercise and despite an often debilitating lower back problem have walked for fitness and in recent years have spent many hours creating a garden from a yard full of weeds. Then I tore the tendons in both shoulders which made digging and lifting impossible. I also began to realise walking wasn't enough to build strength in both upper and lower body which I needed to help control my osteoporosis. Going to the pool for exercise was a pain , to have to get wet , showered, hair ruined etc. I heard about Curves starting in Windsor, but wasn't until a friend joined and told me how much she was benefiting from the exercise that I made enquiries. Now eighteen months later, I'm glad I did. Every muscle in my body is much stronger, I can stand taller and straighter. Before Curves, I could manage to walk in the shopping centre for about one and a half hours before my lower back said "you've had enough" Now I can shop for hours , even wearing high heel shoes. There are a lot of things I love about Curves, most importantly I can fit my visits into my very busy life style. I don't have to be there at a special time. I like the ladies only atmosphere having previously exercised in a mixed fitness centre. Working at your own pace is a benefit and at Curves Windsor, we're lucky to have friendly, welcoming staff who create an encouraging environment. For me, my visits to Curves can never end because I don't want to lose the core body strenghth I've gained. As they say, "Use it or Lose it". I'm sixty seven years old now and visualise myself climbing the stairs to Curves when I'm into my late seventies and beyond."

"I joined Curves in my early 60's lacking energy and gaining weight. In 12 months I lost 15kg and become stonger than anytime in my life. Now a comfortable 18 rather than a tight 20-22 where I was heading. Thank you Curves for a great concept and encouraging staff from day one."

"I started Curves after Christmas on December 31st 2005 after seeing my Christmas photos with my grandaughter and family. I was ashamed of my frumpy look and was wearing black and navy to diminish my size. I would always recomend Curves as it is the most injury free exercise routine I've done and at age 63 I've done most routines. I am prone to neck, back, and lumar strain, with Curves machines and stretches I've experienced only improvement in all areas."

"I started Curves in 2006, I was 131/2 years old. I wasn't overweight but I was unfit. The only exercise I did was netball for part of the year and a bit of swimming in the summer. I got really tired when doing casual sports with friends and I was hopeless on hikes. I have been doing really well at Curves since joining. I am noticeably fitter with more energy. My whole life and attitude toward fitness has changed for the better. I really like Curves and I feel motivated to go 3 time a week".
